Riddell Begins Construction on WI Kollege Town Facility

Riddell, developer of protective sports equipment and apparel, has launched construction on a new Kollege Town Sports facility on 13 acres in Sun Prairie, WI. The 102,125-square-foot building will house Kollege Town’s sales, operations, production and warehousing. The Riddell division handles athletic apparel for youth, high school and college teams, as well as corporate sales.

Kollege Town, Riddell and its development partners began seeking out new sites for the facility at the beginning of this year. The search covered the greater Madison, WI area (where Kollege Town is headquartered). Sun Prairie, a suburb of Madison, was selected, given future expansion beyond the current footprint, and other logistical considerations. Kollege Town will begin relocating from its current Windsor, WI site to Sun Prairie beginning in spring of next year.
