Richman Group Purchases 55 Acres of Golf Course for Apartment Project in Boca Raton

Connecticut-based apartment developer Richman Group acquired 55 acres of the 98-acre Boca Dunes Gold & Country Club in Boca Raton for $12.5 million. The group plans to build an apartment community at the site. Boca Dunes is located at 1400 Southwest 65th Ave.

New Jersey-based homebuilder K. Hovnanian recently purchased a different section of the golf course, and plans to build 211 townhouses at the site.

Richman Group owns more than 1,500 properties across the country, and is currently building a 330-unit apartment property at 2701 Biscayne Blvd. in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Details of Richman’s proposed project at Boca Dunes were not disclosed.
