Richland Cos. Inks Multiple Deals at West Loop II
The Richland Cos. signed leases with multiple tenants at West Loop II, a 170,453-square-foot office/flex center in San Antonio. The 10.9-acre property at 5407 Bandera Rd., on the metro’s northwest side, is owned and managed by The Richland Cos. Bobby Anderson with Real Estate Resources represented the Houston-based landlord; the tenants represented themselves.
The deals consist of:
- goPuff in a five-year, 5,409-square-foot lease.
- Jose Blanco and David Ramos, in a two-year, 1,500-square-foot lease.
- Bertram Taylor IV and Jesse Gonzales Jr. in a three-year, 2,300-square-foot lease.
- Willie Calhoun in a 3,775-square-foot lease renewal.
The Richland Cos. acquired the asset in 2006.
