Ric Clark to Lead the Alliance for Downtown New York

Ric Clark will be the new chairman of the Alliance for Downtown New York. Clark is the senior managing partner and chairman of Brookfield Property Group and Brookfield Property Partners.

“Over the past 30 years, I’ve witnessed the dramatic transformation of Lower Manhattan first-hand,” said Clark.

Brookfield Property Group has owned property in Lower Manhattan for more than 20 years, and was one of the first groups to continue investing in the area following 9/11. Today, Brookfield owns several properties in Lower Manhattan, comprising more than 13 million square feet.
