Ribbon Cutting for 108 Harlem Apartments at 2211 Third Ave.

HAP Investments celebrated the completion of their new rental tower, 2211 Third Ave., on Nov. 7, 2017.

The 108 new rental apartments have been leasing since early October. Rental prices range from $2,100 for a studio, $2,500 for a one-bedroom, and $3,750 for a two-bedroom, available through residential brokerage firm Klara Madlin Real Estate.

HAP collaborated with architects Fisher + Makooi on the design of the building, also known as HAP 10. Partners G4 Capital, Cahill Strategies, Hlw, Klara Madlin and The Rinaldi Group also attended the ceremony.
