Revolution Retail Relocates, Expands to 63K SF

Revolution Retail Systems LLC backfilled 63,055 square feet of a 99,425-square-foot office-warehouse in Carrollton’s Valwood Industrial Park. The move is a relocation and 53,699-square-foot expansion for the company, which develops automated cash-management solutions.

The tenant is moving from 1400 Hutton Dr. to Valwood 33 at 1400 Valwood Pkwy., a single-story structure developed in 2002 as a build-to-suit for Trane Corp.’s regional office. According to Bradford Commercial Real Estate Service’s Brian Pafford, Revolution Retail signed the long-term lease before Trane left. Pafford and Bradford Colleague Jason Miller represented the landlord, RCI Valwood LLC. Bob Luttrell of Jackson & Cooksey Inc. was the tenant rep.

Valwood 33 has 36,469 square feet available, 5,892 square feet of which is office space.
