Retail Tenants Announced for Lantana Place
Developer Stratus Properties released details for the first retail tenants to take space at Lantana Place, a 325,000-square-foot, mixed-use project at Southwest Parkway and William Cannon Drive in South Austin. The nine tenants will join Moviehouse & Eatery, which opened in May 2018 and an AC by Marriott hotel, on which construction will begin in spring 2019.
The new tenants are
- Carve American Grille, an upscale American grill from the Perry’s Restaurant Group
- Westlake Dermatology
- Realty Austin
- Bella Spa
- Cobalt Blue Salon
- Scissors & Scotch
- Marigold Market
- Enamel Dental
- Lone Star Eye
“We are very pleased with the quality tenant mix we have assembled at Lantana Place,” Stratus’ Beau Armstrong told Community Impact Newspaper. “This part of Austin is surprisingly underserved from a retail services perspective. We look forward to getting everyone open for business.”
