Retail Leasing is Going Full Steam Ahead at The Grove

Retail leasing for mixed-use project, the Grove at Shoal Creek, is now underway. The 76-acre site is located at the central Austin intersection of 45th and Bull Creek.

Upon completion, the project will incorporate approximately 140,000 square feet of retail space. Matt Epple, Britt Morrison and Brett Maze with Weitzman are handling the project’s retail leasing.

“The Grove is fast becoming one of the finest upscale communities in Austin, and we’re already in conversations with retailers and restaurants who understand the power of the location,” said Epple.

With access to MOPAC, the Burnet and Lamar corridors and more, the Grove will feature approximately 1,550 residential units that include single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments, along with 185,000 square feet of recently completed class-A office space.

Due to its strong residential and office component, retail concepts already signed at The Grove cover the fitness, service and convenience categories.
