Retail Changes Hands on West Loop’s Restaurant Row
A three-story retail building at 910 W Randolph St., located on the West Loop’s Restaurant Row, has changed hands. SVN Chicago Commercial advisors Paul Cawthon, Angelo Labriola and Scott R. Maesel were the sole brokers involved in the transaction. The 4,626-square-foot building sold for $1,750,000.
According to a sales flyer from SVN Chicago, the property is two doors down from Rick Bayless’ soon-to-open brewery, and is situated in front of the largest development piece left in the West Loop market. It was completely rehabbed in 2005.
“The property had a unique multi-level layout that was unusable for a majority of the interested parties,” said Cawthon. “New ownership plans on retrofitting the building to a traditional two-story for a restaurant concept.”
