Retail Center in Springfield Trades for $10M

NKF has arranged the $10.2 million sale of Springfield Commons, a 182,400-square-foot retail center in Springfield, MA.

Located along Boston Road in Springfield’s primary retail corridor, the center is currently 98% leased to a nine-tenant roster that includes Walmart, Dollar Tree and Sonic. The average household income of the three-mile area surrounding the center is $68,600.

Geoffrey Millerd, Justin Smith, Paul Penman, Samantha Torto and Robert Griffin of NKF represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. The buyer was Paramount Realty Services Inc.
