Retail Center Acquired for $33M
Castle Rock Equity Group has paid $33.5 million to acquire the 96,000-square-foot Demobreun Hill strip retail center from Elmington Capital Group. The asset sits on 3.4 acres, just off Music Row in Nashville, TN.
The New Jersey buyer’s plan for its new acquisition is to maintain and improve the center, while developing a larger entertainment focused project. The plan calls for phased development over the next several years.
