Restaurateur to Repurpose Zales Building

A Ganache Co. aims to transform the Zales Building in downtown Witchita Falls, TX into a dining destination. The historic location, which housed the jewelry company Zales’ first store, was previously purchased in 2013 by the downtown development board.

A Ganache Co., which currently operates Ganache Cupcake Lounge and The Yard, plans to create three experience-varied restaurants within the space: The Carat Bar and Bistro, Ganache To Go and The Morris Supper Club. The restaurants will share a state-of-the-art kitchen, while the Zales Building vault serves as wine and liquor storage.

Project renovations, led by Axis Construction, are expected to be completed by September 2017.
