Resnick Brings Chelsea Retail to Full Occupancy
Jack Resnick & Sons signed new leases with Mind Body Project, East One Coffee Roasters and Pet Central at 170 W. 23rd St., bringing its nine-unit Chelsea retail condominium to full occupancy. The leases total 3,780, 1,700 and 1,600 square feet, respectively.
The three new stores will operate along a stretch of active storefronts situated at the base of Resnick’s Chelsea Seventh condominium building.
In addition to longtime tenant Janovic Paint & Decorating, existing tenants at 170 W. 23rd include Westside Market, HHK Sushi & Tea, Man Made Barber, Domino’s and Subway.
Building ownership was represented in-house in all three transactions by Brett Greenberg and Fran Delgorio, along with Cushman & Wakefield’s Joanne Podell and Matthew Ball.
Mind Body Project was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Michael Azarian. Pet Central was represented by Orsid Realty’s T.J. Russo. East One Coffee was represented by Joe Robinson of Flagship Realty Advisors.
