Replay Destinations Acquires Phoenician Land, Plans Luxury Development

Vancouver, Canada-based Replay Destinations acquired 29.2 acres at The Phoenician, a Luxury Collection Resort in Scottsdale for the development of Ascent at The Phoenician. The planned private residential community of 195 properties will sit at the foot of Camelback Mountain, overlooking the Phoenician Golf Club.

The deal spanned two components, including the $65.5 million acquisition of the parcels from Host Hotels & Resorts. Replay Destinations then sold 51 lots to Scottsdale-based custom home builder Cullum Homes for $34 million.

Replay Destinations’ Gary Raymond, Managing Director says, “Designed as a luxurious desert sanctuary in the heart of Scottsdale, Ascent at The Phoenician will offer buyers the rare opportunity to live at one of the region’s most prestigious addresses.”

A planned private pool and fitness amenity tucked up against Camelback Mountain will be an intimate gathering place for wellness, socializing and relaxation.

Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International Realty’s Joe Bushong and Leslie Jenkins are the listing agents for Ascent at The Phoenician.
