Repeat Buyer Snaps Up WI Physical Therapy Facility
A single-tenant ATI Physical Therapy property in Sheboygan, WI traded for $1,425,000. The 3,000-square-foot property is well-located near numerous other national retailers including Pick ‘n Save, BMO Harris, Marcus Cinema, Meijer, Kohl’s and Bed Bath & Beyond.
Additionally, the property is strategically-located near HSHS St. Nicholas Hospital, a 185-bed center that is currently undergoing a $17.5-million expansion.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of the Boulder Group represented the seller, a Midwest-based developer. The purchaser was a repeat real estate investor.
With 823 locations and growing, ATI Physical Therapy is reportedly the largest physical therapy company under one brand name in the U.S.
“The market for e-commerce resistant tenants remains strong” said Blankstein. Goodman added, “New-construction service-oriented properties are the most sought-after net lease product for private buyers.”
