Renovations Commence to Convert Upstate NY Office into MXU

The Rosenblum Cos. has launched renovation on a former location of a building that was the location of the Troy Record newspaper. The end goal of the $23 million project is to convert the building at 501 Broadway in Troy, NY, into apartments and retail.

The rehab of the 100-year-old Record Building and construction of an adjacent new addition will mean 101 units and ground-floor retail space. Plans are also in place to add infrastructure on 5th Avenue and Broadway in an effort to extend Troy’s downtown business and entertainment districts. Construction is anticipated to take approximately 18 months.
