Renovation Complete at 145 E. 57th

ABS Partners Real Estate has finished its multi-million-dollar renovation of 145 E. 57th St., a 12-story office building in Midtown Manhattan.

“We expect an incredible response to the sophisticated design and finishes of these exquisite workspaces,” said John Brod, partner at ABS, which purchased the historic property in the fall of 2016 in partnership with Benenson Funding Corp. ABS is handling the leasing at the building itself.

The renovation added a new, 2,650-square-foot penthouse to the building, along with an expansive private outdoor deck and new mechanical, electric and elevator systems throughout the building. There’s also six prebuilt floors that come with pantries, including heating cabinets, beverage coolers and top-of-the-line Miele appliances.
