Renovation Begins on Grapevine Towne Center

Weitzman launched a major renovation on Grapevine Towne Center, a 330,000-square-foot retail property in the Dallas suburb of Grapevine, TX. The 24-year-old power center will be undergoing a complete makeover, including an updated façade and more pedestrian features.

“Thanks to dedicated leasing and management, Grapevine Towne Center has always been a strong performer,” said Weitzman’s Jennifer Chandler, asset manager for the center. Hodges & Associates is the remodel architect, Chandler is directing the renovation, while Kathy Detrick, also with Weitzman, is overseeing construction. The company’s Debra Hays is the property manager.

The asset, at SH 114 between William D. Tate and SH 26, has a national tenant roster including Ross, Big Lots, Bealls, Office Depot, Jason’s Deli, Merle Norman and others. The Weitzman team of Blane O’Banion and Matt Luedke are handling leasing.
