Related Midwest Opens 70-story Streeterville Resi Tower

Related Midwest has opened the doors of One Bennett Park in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood, with 279 apartments now available for rental in the 70-story high-rise. The project, which is Chicago’s first residential tower by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, also includes 69 condominium units that are expected to be ready next spring.

“These apartments are expansive, elegantly appointed residences with the latest in-home amenities and upscale finishes,” said Curt Bailey, president of Related Midwest. “For those who are renters by choice, they offer sophisticated city living in a sought-after location, complemented by the highest level of white glove service and amenities.”

The developer has also unveiled two levels of completed indoor amenity space on One Bennett Park’s third and fourth floors. Additionally, there are two apartment model units by Chicago-based luxury interior design firm Soucie Horner Ltd., and a lobby art installation by Chicago-based mixed-media artist Nick Cave.
