Related Beal to Develop 101-Unit Condominium Property in South End

Related Beal announced plans for The Quinn, a 101-unit, 14-story luxury condominium property in Boston’s South End. Designed by an architectural team that includes Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Meyer Davis, The Quinn will offer studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom residences. The name pays homage to the block’s former identity as the historic Quinzani Bakery.

Construction has commenced and the property is scheduled to be completed in the fall of 2020. Prices of residences will range from $800,000 to $5 million.

“The South End has a rich history and a strong sense of community, and we are excited to become a part of that with The Quinn,” said Kimberly Sherman Stamler, president of Related Beal. “We are creating homes for residents with amenities and services to enhance their lives, within a fantastic location surrounded by art galleries, dining and cocktail options, boutique shops and green spaces.”
