Redwood Capital Brings Management of Property, Construction In-House
Multifamily investment platform Redwood Capital Group has established a vertically-integrated investment management platform, replacing a network of third-party vendors. The firm has hired Bon Hanrahan (pictured) and Brian Wening to lead its property management and construction management businesses, respectively.
“By offering an integrated investment platform, we are able to add value across a wider spectrum of services which ultimately accrues to higher investment returns for our clients,” said Redwood Capital managing partner David Carlson. “Institutional investors, which currently comprise the majority of our client base, understand the incremental value that a vertically integrated platform provides.”
Hanrahan brings more than 30 years’ experience in institutional property management to Redwood Capital, most recently serving as SVP of asset management at American Realty Advisors. Wening previously served as capital program manager—Midwest region at Waterton, and as a project architect for Valerio Dewalt Train.
