Redeveloped Legacy Central Gets New Tenants
Regent Properties snagged two tenants for its Legacy Central office redevelopment in Plano, TX. Coming on board in the 85-acre property’s first phase are Roland Technology Group and The 20, who took down a combined 22,761 square feet. NAI Robert Lynn’s Kent Smith and Leslie Wood represented Roland Technology Group. Nathan Durham with Transwestern represented Regent Properties in both transactions.
Legacy Central was once the five-building Texas Instruments campus. The first redevelopment phase at 6600 Chase Oaks, at U.S. 75 and Legacy Drive, consists of 400,000 square feet of office space and a 25,000 square-foot health and wellness center. Regent Properties has already invested $100 million in the redevelopment’s first phase. The second phase broke ground in September 2017, and will add 500,000 square feet of office, a food hall and 375 multifamily units.
The full campus buildout is to be completed by December 2019.
