Recent Houston Leases

• COSA Xentaur leased 22,800 square feet at 4141 World Houston Pkwy., Houston. NAI Partners’ Jake Wilkinson represented the tenant.

• Financial Freedom Wealth Advisors leased 5,330 square feet at Phoenix Tower, 3200 Southwest Fwy., Houston. Taylor Wright with NAI Partners represented the tenant.

• SaladHead leased 1,530 square feet of retail space at 5410 Kirby Dr., Houston. Andrew Alvis of NewQuest Properties represented the tenant. Rachael Keener, also of NewQuest Properties, represented the landlord, RMG Inc.

• Tidal Wave Auto Spa ground-leased a 44,456-sf retail pad site in Stableside at Falcon Landing, Gaston Road and Falcon Landing Boulevard, Katy. Austin Alvis of NewQuest Properties self-represented the landlord. Chris White of Don White & Co. Realtors represented the tenant.
