Realty Capital, Staubach Launch 139K-SF Lakeside International Office Center
Realty Capital and Staubach Capital teamed up, then broke ground on Lakeside International Office Center, a two-building speculative office complex, in Flower Mound, TX. The project will consist of a four-story, 120,000-square-foot building and two-story, 18,500-square-foot building at 777 and 737 International Parkway, respectively.
JLL’s Cannon Camp and Chris Doggett will lead the marketing and leasing efforts for the property. The leasing team has already secured the project’s first tenant, IntelliCentrics, which will be leasing 30,000 square feet. Staubach Capital provided the equity financing and First United Bank is providing the debt financing for the project. Boka Powell is the architect, and Muckleroy and Falls the general contractor.
The project is expected to deliver in Q3 2020.
