RealConnex Forges Back-to-Back Partnerships

Commercial real estate networking platform RealConnex has formed a partnership with Invizen IT, a real-time CRE analytics platform. The partnership adds asset protection, underwriting, land value analysis and feasibility reporting to RealConnex’s existing offerings.

According to RealConnex, the arrangement’s added capability means its users can verify CRE deals and aid in the progress of investments with Invizen IT’s proprietary reporting methods that leverage currently underutilized data. As a result, said RealConnex CEO Roy Abrams, “Users can find trustworthy business opportunities faster and cheaper with mitigated risk.”

The RealConnex/Invizen partnership was the second alliance RealConnex announced in as many days. Previously, RealConnex said it had partnered with Buildout to enable Buildout’s broker clients to syndicate their listings to RealConnex’s community of 130,000 members. As part of this arrangement, Buildout’s participating brokers will receive access to the entire suite of RealConnex networking, credibility, profile, influence and prospecting tools.
