Rare 185-Acre Freeway-Adjacent Development Site Listed in East Bay
A rare opportunity to develop roughly 185 acres in the East Bay has come to market. The property, located in Dublin, is adjacent to Interstate 580 features 4,300 linear feet of visibility, and direct access from the Fallon Road exit.
An investment sales team at Lockehouse Retail Group, Inc. has the listing. Lockehouse’s David Kram says, “With only a handful of opportunities in the entire Bay Area over 50 acres available, let alone with direct freeway access and visibility, having 185 acres is truly one of a kind.”
The property could be acquired, or the owners will consider a JV or engaging a master developer. The land is in a Planned Development area with some portions allocated for General Commercial, Campus Office, and Medium High Density Residential. The city has also expressed interest in seeing a large-scale industrial development, corporate campus, retail, hotels, assisted living and memory care, and up to 338 residential units.
