RangeWater Hires Martinez as Managing Director of Georgia

Developer RangeWater Real Estate has announced the hiring of Joseph Martinez as Managing Director of Georgia. In his new role, Martinez will guide RangeWater’s development team to source and execute multifamily deals throughout the state, with a concentration on metro Atlanta.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Martinez served as Director of Development at Crescent Communities. He will advance RangeWater’s strategy of building quality, market-rate apartments in high-growth submarkets, as well as exploring new product types, such as build-to-rent townhomes, high-rise buildings and active adult communities.
