Rubenstein Partners’ 25 Kent is a mixed-use office and light manufacturing building in Brooklyn’s Williamsburg neighborhood

Randolph Beer On Tap for Space at 25 Kent

Brooklyn-based brewpub Randolph Beer signed 12,228-square-foot lease for retail and manufacturing space at 25 Kent in Williamsburg. The office and manufacturing building will be the brewer’s second Williamsburg location and primary brewing operations outpost.

Developed as a partnership between Rubenstein Partners and Heritage Equity Partners, the 500,000-square-foot 25 Kent is said to be the first commercial office building erected in North Williamsburg in more than 40 years. Ownership was represented by Lee & Associates.

The lease at 25 Kent will allow Randolph Beer to scale up the group’s manufacturing capacity and build its largest brewery to date, as well as its first canning operation.

“At 25 Kent, we want to cultivate an innovative and creative community,” said Jeff Fronek, VP and director of investments at Rubenstein Partners. “As an authentic and home-grown brewery, Randolph Beer became an important component of our strategy to provide a dynamic experience at the building.”
