Rancho de Los Cerros Hits the Auction Block

Rancho de Los Cerros, consisting of a replica 1800s Western town, historic carriage house, 8,000-square-foot hacienda, swimming pool and event center, is being offered for auction, courtesy of Fine & Co. LLC. The property at 13500 Oracle Rd. in Tucson is situated on 10 acres, north of the 5,500-acre Catalina State Park. David and Molly Hoffman are the current owners.

According to Michael Fine with Fine & Co., the property was developed as a replica cowboy town, while being used as a private residence and event venue for 30 years. During that time, Rancho de Los Cerros hosted corporate parties, weddings and other events, and featured bands including the Beach Boys.

Sealed bids are due on or before 2:00 p.m., MST on March 25. The minimum bid is $2.7 million.
