Ram Realty Claims 70K-SF Retail Center in Raleigh

Ram Realty Advisors acquired 601 Midtown, a 70,000-square-foot retail center anchored by Lifetime Fitness in Raleigh. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 601 E. Six Forks Rd., the center is currently fully leased to a tenant roster that includes Lifetime, Applebee’s, Papa John’s and Jimmy John’s. Ram Realty plans to renovate the center and develop additional retail outparcels at the site. The center is adjacent to Midtown East, a 173,000-square-foot future Wegman’s-anchored mixed-use development.

Justin Good, Jeff Glenn, Alan Lynch, Sarah Godwin, Tom Kolarczyk and Caylor Mark of HFF represented the seller, a private investor, in the transaction. The deal was secured by HFF, prior to being acquired by JLL.
