RAF Pacifica Underway on $75M in Development

San Diego-based RAF Pacifica Group broke ground on three developments in Carlsbad, CA totaling more than $75 million. The projects include the first ground-up creative office project in the submarket, a signature Creative Industrial property, and a creative build-to-suit for local fashion brand, San Diego Hat Company.

“The Carlsbad market is brimming with tenant demand for highly functional, truly creative space, and we are the first in the market to begin meeting that demand,” says RAF Pacifica Group’s Adam Robinson.

Projects include:

-lift, a two-story $26-million creative office property with 44,797 square feet of unique office space and 8,496 square feet of restaurant space, anticipated to deliver in 2018.

– cre·ate a $34-million roughly 146,108-square-foot creative office with highly functional industrial features expected to be completed in H2 2018.

– a $15.6-million, 83,000-square-foot, Class A distribution build-to-suit for the San Diego Hat Company, slated to deliver in Q2 2018.
