RADCO Cos. Sells Palm Harbor MF Property for $47M

The RADCO Cos. has divested from Ashford on the Lake, a 292-unit apartment community in Palm Harbor. The property was sold to TruAmerica for $47 million.

The community, which is located near Saint George Lake, offers one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with open concept living spaces. The property includes a number of recreation options for residents including a yoga studio, fitness center, sand volleyball and tennis courts, resort style pool, dog park and playground. The community also includes lake views and a boat launch.

Patrick Dufour, Ryan Crowley, Andrew Visnick and Pibu Aulakh of Newmark represented RADCO in the transaction. TruAmerica was represented by Mitch Clarfield and Ryan Greer of Newmark’s Debt & Structured Finance group in arranging financing for the acquisition.
