Quantum Promotes Jason Lenhoff to SVP

Jason Lenhoff has been appointed SVP at Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc. The 20-year veteran of commercial real estate has closed $35 million of transactions totaling 220,000 square feet since joining Quantum a year ago.

Chad M. Firsel, president, said, “Jason has a great ability to listen to his clients and understand their needs. In a short period of time, Jason has done an excellent job of adapting to the Quantum culture and executing on several deals. We are excited to promote Jason to SVP.”

Prior to joining Quantum, Lenhoff spent his career working side by side with his father, another veteran in the real estate business, at Horizon Realty Services, Inc. as a partner and VP of leasing.
