Quantum Arranges $55M Construction Financing for Cali Projects

Quantum Capital Partners arranged two construction loans totaling $54.5 million, for the development of a creative office building in Culver City, CA and a multifamily community in Walnut Creek, CA.

Los Angeles-based Runyon Group received $38 million in construction financing for the third phase of PLATFORM, a 66,000-square-foot mixed used development in Culver City’s Hayden Tract neighborhood (picture above). The 54-month loan is being used to finance the construction of a four-story mixed-use commercial building located at 8888 Washington Blvd. that is slated to deliver in summer 2019.

The Robhana Group received a $16.5 million construction loan for a 48-unit mixed-use apartment complex in Downtown Walnut Creek. The five-story, 48-unit apartment building, located at 1716 North Main St., will include more than 2,700 square feet of ground level retail and will be one of the first projects in the area to feature an automated car stacking system.
