Qualtrics Will Establish 25th Global Office in the Loop

Customer experience firm Qualtrics will open its 25th global office in downtown Chicago. Headquartered in Provo, UT and Seattle, the company will occupy 25,000 square feet at Manulife Investment Management’s 191 N. Wacker Dr. beginning in 2020.

The company plans to hire more than 200 Chicago-area employees, mostly in client success, sales, support and delivery and implementation. “The Chicago talent pool is exceptional and we couldn’t be more excited to establish our Midwest hub in this city,” said Michael Shields, global procurement, real estate, and facilities leader, Qualtrics.

“Qualtrics’ presence adds to the growing tech ecosystem in Chicago,” said Colliers International EVP Evan Djikas. “Occupying more than 25,000 square feet will help them to better serve their customers in the area.”

Djikas and his Colliers colleagues Michael Finley and Kyle Hundelt represented Qualtrics in leasing negotiations. Christine Choi Moore and JD Strode, with Manulife Investment Management, advised building management.
