PulteGroup Inks Relocation Lease

PulteGroup, a national homebuilder headquartered in Atlanta, signed a 20,978-square-foot lease at 1311 Broadfield Blvd. in Houston. The firm will relocate its area office and design center from 16670 Park Row to the first floor of Energy Corridor-located building, which is now at 47% occupancy.

JLL’s Chrissy Wilson and John Pruitt represented the landlord, an affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust, in the transaction. Doug Elliott with CBRE advised PulteGroup.

The 155,407-square-foot Broadfield building delivered in 2000, with amenities including an on-site fitness center, conferencing facilities and convenient access to Interstate 10.

“1311 Broadfield puts Pulte Homes at the center of west Houston’s fast-growing communities,” Wilson said. “The building’s modern finishes and easily accessible location provide the perfect environment in which clients can visit the firm’s design center.”
