Provident Files to Build 313 Units Downtown

Provident Realty Advisors applied for building permits to construct a 313-unit apartment high-rise adjacent to downtown Dallas’ historic Brewery building at Houston and Continental Streets. Provident is also renovating the 100-year-old Brewery into a 180,000-square-foot office building.

According to the filing, the as-yet unnamed apartment project will cost approximately $63 million. The 15-story building will go north in the parking lot on the Brewery’s west side.
