Procida Rolls Out Advisory Services Platform

Procida Funding & Advisors, based in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, has rolled out its advisory services platform. The 25-year-old company provides an array of services from due diligence to asset management services, restructuring, crisis management for developers, financial institutions and private equity funds with a concentration on development, construction, bankruptcy, restructuring and marketing.

Company founder William Procida brings advisory experience from prior cycles to the new platform. He and his team have completed an array of assignments starting in 1981, ranging from the Bronx’s Shorehaven Condominiums in the mid-1990s to the restructuring of a national portfolio of distressed real estate for Richie Capital during the financial crisis in 2008 and 2009.

“When times are good, no one needs help working out debt or distressed situations,” said Procida. “However, economic fluctuations are inevitable.”

Connect New York 2020 is set to take place on Wednesday, April 29 at Upper Story by Charlie Palmer. For more information, or to register, click here.
