Private Equity Firm Acquires 124-Unit Autumn Brook

DJE Texas Management Group acquired the 124-unit Autumn Brook apartments from a buyer located in Fargo, ND. The new owner is planning a capital infusion of more than $600,000 to upgrade the complex, which is on San Antonio’s north side. Chris Siemasko of The Multifamily Group negotiated the transaction, which brings the total number of Central Texas units in DJE’s portfolio to more than 1,100.

Autumn Brook delivered in two phases, in 1972 and 1980, and is at 11726 West Ave. The property offers studios, as well as one-and two-bedroom units. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse and laundry facilities.

“We are happy to add Autumn Brook to our portfolio and our team is looking forward to repositioning the asset in order to create value for our residents and our accredited and sophisticated investors,” DJE said.
