Prism Retains Goettsch Partners for New Office Towers at ON3

Prism Capital Partners has retained Chicago-based architectural firm Goettsch Partners to design a new Class A office complex at ON3, the 116-acre mixed-use redevelopment of the former Hoffman-LaRoche North American headquarters in Clifton and Nutley, NJ.

The planned development of two towers would add approximately 400,000 square feet of office space to the Clifton side of the campus, which also spans neighboring Nutley Township.

“This project could mark the first new trophy-grade, multi-tenant construction that the Northern New Jersey office market has seen in quite some time, and it is a true indicator of what’s to come,” said Prism partner Eugene Diaz.

Already, says Prism, ON3 has drawn attention from high-profile tenants across a variety of sectors. Last year, Ralph Lauren signed a full-building commitment for the project’s 100 Metro Blvd., and Quest Diagnostics is constructing a 250,000-square-foot diagnostic testing facility.
