Principle Construction Completes TI on Aurora Warehouse

Principle Construction Corp. has completed tenant improvements for Magick Woods, a manufacturer and distributor of bathroom sinks and vanities, at a 375,000-square-foot industrial property located at 1600 Sequoia Dr. in Aurora, IL. Principle had built the facility in 2016.

The building is owned by Seefried Properties and LIT Industrial Limited Partnership, and is one of several projects that Principle and Seefried have completed as a team. To accommodate Magick Woods’ occupancy date, Principle and Seefried worked on a fast-track six-week schedule to complete the buildout.

Principle’s Darrin Dehmlow acted as the senior project manager for the improvements, while the firm’s Tom Sterbenz served as superintendent. Magick Woods plans to expand its warehouse into the remaining 161,301 square feet of the building.
