Previewing Tomorrow’s Connect Orange County
Connect Orange County, one of SoCal’s largest gatherings of commercial real estate leaders, is set for tomorrow, Sept. 25th in Irvine. You can still register and join us by clicking on this link: Connect Orange County.
The event kicks off with tours of Trammell Crow Company’s newest office development, The Boardwalk OC, and concludes with a cocktail reception. The schedule includes four panel discussions, ranging from a discussion of development activity and financing of projects by high-level leaders, as well as an overview of county redevelopment efforts. The line-up also includes a conversation about legislative issues impacting CRE, and how industry pros are getting deals done today.
The Ballot Initiatives and Legislative Update panel will feature the Orange County Business Council’s, Alicia Berhow, NAIOP SOCAL’s Peter Herzog and California Apartment Association’s Thomas K. Bannon.
The What it Takes to Get A Deal Done Today: Investment, Financing and Leasing panel moderated by Cox, Castle, & Nicholson’s David Wensley, includes Passco Companies’ Gary Goodman, Marcus & Millichap’s Michael Derk, Harbor Associates’ Paul Miszkowicz and SRS Real Estate Partners’ Rich Walter.
The Redevelopment and Reinvestment in OC panel includes KTGY Architecture + Planning’s Chris Texter, Pendulum Property Partners’ Kevin Hayes and Paragon Commercial Group’s Jim Dillavou.
The Orange County Industry Leaders panel moderated by NKF’s Greg May includes Trammell Crow’s Tom Bak, Stream Realty Partners’ Martin Pupil, John Hancock Real Estate’s Ray Rothfelder, Shopoff Realty Investments’ William Shopoff and CBRE’s Kurt Strasmann.
