Presidium Group Ends 5-Year Hold on Escondido Village Apartments

California-headquartered Creative Realty Partners struck a deal with Presidium Group LLC to acquire Escondido Village Apartments, a Class C, 388-unit apartment complex in northern San Antonio. Presidium owned the 50-year-old property since 2014. During its hold, the Dallas-based seller made significant capital improvements to the property.

The apartment complex is at 7226 Blanco Rd., and offers studios, and one, two and three-bedroom units. Amenities include a business center, soccer field, walking trail and fitness center.  Michaelson Real Estate Group LLC was hired to manage the property.

The deal reduces Presidium’s San Antonio apartment holdings to four properties, all of which are located near the South Texas Medical center.
