Pre-Leasing Accelerates at Rialto Renaissance Marketplace
Two new tenants signed deals to join the retailer mix at Renaissance Marketplace, a 500,000-square-foot center at the former Rialto Airport. Cinemark and 24 Hour Fitness are the latest to commit to the planned 60-acre center.
The project is in the pre-lease phase, with construction slated to kickoff in March 2017, and the center’s expected to open in spring 2018. Renaissance Marketplace will serve a growing city that includes new office buildings, warehouses and residences as part of the 1,500-acre Renaissance Rialto master-planned community.
The project is being developed by Lewis-Hillwood Rialto Co. LLC, a joint venture between Upland, CA-based Lewis Retail Centers and Texas-based Hillwood Investment Properties.
