Porter Ranch Retail Takes Shape

A proposed upscale Porter Ranch shopping center, in the works for more than 10 years, is becoming more of a reality.

Shapell Liberty Investment Properties will reveal plans next week for what it terms “a luxurious open-air shopping, dining and lifestyle destination… The Village at Porter Ranch”. The project has been in the works since 2005, but was derailed by several issues, including the Great Recession.

Located on the north side of Rinaldi Street, at Porter Ranch Drive, the new shopping center will encompass 225,000 square feet of retail planned on 35 acres. Shapell is now attempting to attract potential tenants.
