Plans Filed for 1M-SF Harwood No. 12

Harwood International is making plans for another office tower in the mixed-use, three million-square-foot Harwood District of Dallas. The plans, in fact, for Harwood No. 12 have recently been filed with the city. If approved, the one million-square-foot tower would be built on Caroline Street near Field Street and Harry Hines Boulevard, just north of downtown Dallas. It would also be the tallest building in the Uptown submarket.

The plans, as of now, focus on ground-floor retail, 14 parking levels, an amenity level on the roof of the parking garage, 23 offices levels above the parking garage, and a rooftop observation deck/sky lounge. According to Harwood International’s spokesperson, the company is seeking out anchor tenants.
