PlainsCapital Signs for Star in Frisco Space

Dallas-based PlainsCapital Bank signed two new leases with the Dallas Cowboys and Blue Star Land, owner of the mixed-use Star in Frisco, TX. The Dallas-headquartered bank signed a 5,083-square-foot office lease, and a 4,000-square-foot retail lease within the One Cowboys Way. The new Frisco office is geared to help the bank grow its presence in Frisco.

Paul Whitman with JLL represented PlainsCapital. Lincoln Property Co.’s Worthey Whiles represented the office landlord, while colleague Robert Dozier negotiated on behalf of the retail landlord.

PlainsCapital is not the only banking institution to take space in Frisco. Bank of America and FM Global are also planning offices in the city.
