Pittsburgh Student Housing Project Set to Open
Austin, TX-based Campus Advantage, in partnership with Chicago-based Pinecrest, is set to open The Bridge on Forbes, student housing project under development in Pittsburgh. The community will offer 197 fully-furnished apartments with 473 beds, and has reached 99% pre-lease for Fall 2019.
Campus Advantage’s Michael Orsak says, “There is clearly a demand in this marketplace for student housing and, through our collaboration with Pinecrest, we are ecstatic to know that our development has been a smashing success.”
The 10-story property on Forbes Avenue will offer residents a walkable location to the University of Pittsburgh, Carnegie Mellon University and Carlow University campuses. The Bridge on Forbes will offer state-of-the-art community amenities, including a clubhouse on the third floor featuring multiple study rooms and collaborative workspaces, a computer lab, flat screen TVs, as well as a 24-hour indoor fitness center and secured indoor garage parking.
