PickUp USA Opens First North Texas Location

PickUp USA Fitness, the nation’s only full-service fitness club dedicated to basketball, opened its first location in North Texas. The company leased 16,936 square feet at the 57,302-square-foot Sandy Lake Business Center at 989 W. Sandy Lake Rd. in Coppell, TX, backfilling space that once housed a Taekwondo studio.

Erik Blais with Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, H2C Enterprises Inc. Allyson Yost and Cole Hooper of Colliers International represented the local franchisee, Mosley Basketball. PickUp USA Fitness also has operators in Houston, Arizona, Florida, Nevada and California, where it is headquartered.

PickUp USA Fitness’ courts are available to high school, collegiate and pick-up teams. The club is outfitted with the latest basketball equipment, including shooting practice machines, and offers private training and classes by professionals. Games for adults and youths are held six days a week. The interior also sports cardio and weight rooms.
