Phoenix Investor Nabs 245 Acres; Plans Colorado MPC
Walton Global Holdings Ltd., headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, shook hands with True Life Cos. and the Lee Family to acquire the 245-acre Lee Farms in Loveland, CO. The new owner is planning to develop a master-planned community on the land at 4300 Wilson Ave. Upon buildout, the pre-developed land will hold approximately 900 residential units in varying sizes and types.
Concurrent to the land purchase, Walton secured interest from a publicly-traded homebuilder, which has plans to begin developing on the land sometime in 2020. It’s anticipated the land will be developed in multiple phases.
Located 14 minutes from Fort Collins, CO, the Loveland region boasts a strong economy. Brett Limbaugh with the city of Loveland believes it is a good time to take advantage of the current market conditions. “We are excited to work with Walton on moving the Lee Farms development forward and seeing additional growth in the market area,” he said.
